5 main themes: from theory to practice

Principle of unidirectional flow, use of sanitary airlocks, cleaning and disinfection process (hatching eggs, equipment, rooms, machines, vehicles, …), practical application and hygiene controls.

Records and main protocols to be created and displayed at the hatchery. Examples of sampling plans and practical sampling.

Which hatchery audit questionnaire to use? How to complete it and choose the important elements to observe. Practical hatchery audit and development of actions to be taken.
All themes are divided into 2 parts: a theoretical part followed by a practical part, regardless of the chosen format.

Vaccine valencies and chick protection, overall vaccination process (storage, preparation, administration, records) in ovo and at 1 day old, machine maintenance* and monitoring of vaccination hygiene.

*Please provide the type of machine(s) used by participants in advance at the time of registration.

Practical evaluation of hatching egg quality, essential technical and sanitary points for good chick quality during incubation, transfer, hatching, and post-hatch, practical implementation of chick quality measurements, interpretation of hatchery data (water loss, chick yield, …), monitoring animal welfare.

                Our expertise at your service

Process validation, from A to Z

                Hatchery trials

                Field expertise, concrete results

Hatchery trials are essential to validate the entire production process, from A to Z, ensuring maximum rigor and precision at each stage. They ensure that the methods used comply with current regulatory requirements, a priority for ensuring the quality and conformity of practices. These trials are particularly relevant for hygiene processes (hatching eggs and hatchery equipment), as well as for in ovo or 1-day-old vaccination injection and nebulization. They allow for testing, optimizing, and guaranteeing the effectiveness of this technique, while ensuring animal welfare and hatchery performance.
